Build and deploy AI-powered automation workflows for real client problems — classification systems, routing pipelines, compliance tools, and LLM-integrated applications.
Design and build client-facing AI tools and applications — RAG pipelines, custom assistants, structured AI output systems, and intelligent web interfaces.
Build, maintain, and improve client-facing digital presence — clean, fast, accessible HTML/CSS/JS interfaces with strong attention to design quality and performance.
Conduct structured research, synthesise findings, and produce advisory-grade reports on technology, policy, and market topics for clients across sectors.
These are the baseline requirements across all roles. Non-negotiable items are marked clearly.
Written and spoken English must be professional, clear, and confident. You will work directly with international clients. This is an absolute requirement across every role.
Some client engagements require travel to the client’s country. A valid Indian passport is required. All travel and accommodation costs are borne by the client.
Work hours will align with the client’s time zone for the duration of each engagement. This varies by project and will be communicated clearly before any assignment begins.
CS, IT, Web Design, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience. Demonstrable project work and independent thinking are valued over credentials alone.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, automation platforms, or AI-assisted workflows. Not required for all roles, but valued highly across all of them.
We work on projects that have no instruction manual. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, capable of self-directing, and committed to seeing work through without being managed at every step.
