I'm Anoop Kumar, founder of Gurezi. I served 32 years in the Indian Army, retiring as Colonel after leading high-impact operations, enterprise logistics, and organisational transformation — including 1,000+ operational audits and risk assessments across critical infrastructure.
I then led business operations at CMS Info Systems as Associate Director for three years, directing a multi-crore regional portfolio across 34 districts — where I conceived one of the world's first VTOL/BVLOS drone-based cash logistics trials, and designed India's first real-time ATM tamper-notification device.
The Army taught me to separate what's true from what's convenient, and to be accountable for outcomes, not intentions — that's the standard I hold this practice to. I have no hardware to sell and no vendor to protect; every recommendation is shaped only by what will genuinely serve the organisation in front of me.
